Hinged Door Cubicle

The most common form of door for a shower cubicle is the pivot door which pivots slightly inboard of the edge of the door. Hinged doors open slightly further into the room as the hinges are on the edge but they do offer a larger entry gap into the shower.

These type of doors are usually more expensive than pivot doors and are quite often of a "frameless" design with the hinges attached directly to the glass - resulting in a very sleek, open design.
